Mobile Repair:
Our Mobile Repair Services brings the expertise of our skilled technicians directly to your location. Equipped with the state-of-the-art tools and diagnostics equipment, we provide rapid and efficient repairs for valves, recertification for Safety Relief Valves, and related components, minimizing downtime and ensuring your operations run smoothly. Our 28-foot box reefer truck operates in tandem with our pickup truck and 20-foot trailer, which houses our diesel generator and compressor, making it a fully self sufficient. The truck features a fully contained water system that can be filled on-site or, upon request, prior to arrival. Inside our mobile workshop, we are equipped with three test benches, a nitrogen supply, liquid J-tube, and a pilot tester, capable of testing up to 6,000 PSI. We provide services for PSV's up to 8" x 10" with the aid of our certified overhead crane. Additionally, our sandblaster, lathe, and tagging machine are all housed within the truck, enabling us to handle every step of the rebuilding and recertification process right at your location.
In-Situ Testing:
Our AccuTEST ALD system is designed to efficiently test the function, pressure, and overall performance of your spring-operated safety valves directly on-site. This advanced system enables us to perform thorough evaluations without the need to remove the valves from your equipment, ensuring minimal disruption to your operations.

Van Valve specializes in the comprehensive repair and servicing of isolation and control valves, including essential components such as boiler stop checks and non-return valves.
